So a scammer can come to you to buy registration for as many forex domain names as they want. You then register the scam website names with GoDaddy, NameCheap, etc. and the scammers pay you a fee to get the domain registered and they also pay the domain registrar to buy the name.

So my original question remains. Do you gather information from your customers to make sure the domain name is not being registered or bought for fraudulent activities? It appears you are a middle man between scammers and domain registrars so that your company information always shows as the registrar and the scammers stay hidden.
