Both brokers are operated from Israel under the Israeli company B&Y marketing Ltd ( company registration number 515279750 ).
In the screenshot bellow, we can see their are director Anton Ozheredov work place ( Prestige.fm )
Once we tracked him, he immediately changed it to the Israeli company.
More evidence : This was taken from facebook, a job post from prestigeoption claiming they are locating in Tel Aviv, Israel.
There are many more, including Audio recordings with ex-employees that are saying the same.
