Prime4x giving no answers to my missing money after 3 weeks! No TT supplied!

I have been struggling for 3 weeks to get my money from Prime4x. I have event sent the police to arrest the IB.

My IB has emailed Joe Adams, their IB dept. and their accounting dept in front of me and they reply with well get back to you shortly every single time.

It has been 3 weeks and my USD5500 is still not in my account! How can it take 3 weeks to bankwire money when its not in my forex account either?? Where is the money?? They dont want to send me a TT either.

I have sent Joe Adams my details and my account number and he is yet to respond. The IB mentioned to them that he was nearly arrested and they showed him no sympathy, not even an email to hurry it up?

Why is Joe Adams and Prime4x taking my money and not paying me back???

My account number is 70038. Joe Adams can you sort this out?

I have contacted my friend at Interpol and he is going to contact the authorities to find out what the story is with Prime4x. Their are lots of investors from South Africa with them, maybe they are not aware of this possible bucket shop?

Any help guys?

Stay on their case. I don't know what's going on, but it looks like issues are slowly getting fixed one at a time.

It also looks like squeaky wheels are getting greased faster, so complain loudly.

I got hold of somebody on the phone.

Apparently the accounting dept dont take phone calls! Strange hey?

Well the IB emailed the guy and lets see what he comes up with.

Holding thumbs, wonder where Mr Joe Adams is. He hasnt bothered replying to emails after I sent him the banking details. He is in sales thou. Why would he do that??

Another session with the live chat and promises that they will sort it out. Still no reply from Joe Adams or Amr from Prime4x.

I wouldn't advise anyone to invest with them. Their disregard for their clients money makes me sick to my core.

Any other idea how I can contact these people??

Any finance business whose accounting dept. dont take phone calls must be doing something wrong??

They not taking this problem serious enough so I am taking it one step further and reporting them to the FSC Mauritius under which they are regulated.


I would suggest everyone who have a similar problem do the same.

Hope we get some results this way. The more we bang on their doors the more they will be forced to heed to our calls!!!
