Thank you for your comment regarding PRINCE FX EA.
We don't think that every single account has a huge DD on our website, there got many accounts with low/reasonable DD and decent profit which may be viewed on our website or myfxbook page. We accept and understand that there are some accounts having high DD when the EA was set up on the Aggressive mode for swing strategy, however, one should not ignore the results achieved by the EA against the high DD in those accounts. you will find no single Account out of dozens real trading accounts being blown away, every single account has a great profit flow and the funds withdrawn are far greater than the funds deposited to each of the Accounts.

The 1000$ is an special promotional offer for a limited time only, the regular price for the basic plan is 2500$, so getting 60% discount on the starter plan for such a winning strategy is not a bad deal based on the result it produces in real trading accounts.

We have no issue with having the payment through paypal even in writing for money back, because we know it is very rare to happen as our EA generates much more profit than what you pay just one time to buy it gaining life time access. In any case if it happens to ask for the refund, we will very honestly keep our words to make the refund without any deduction/charges. However the terms and conditions of our refund policy must be fulfilled in order for us to proceed the refund request.

Finally, it is just about a common sense that where we ensure a 60 days refund policy with each plan of our EA hence there is no point to provide demo access. Our clients are free to use it on Demo or Real account within this period and decide itself either to continue with the EA or ask for the refund based on the performance.

Let me explain you about the above accounts. First of all, the test on FPA or Myfxbook are stopped due to not that only reason as the accounts were burnt but a few accounts were removed because they belong to our clients who purchased PRINCE FX EA in past and we had put their accounts on myfxbook for monitoring purpose for a sixty days period which is actually just because of the refund policy. After 60 days the clients were completely free either to change their investor passwords or let it run. The clients who purchase PRINCE FX EA are bound not to change the Investor password till sixty days as its our policy, as you are not one of our EA's users hence we understand you are not aware of how the things work.

After 60 days when the clients get free to change the access password, we have no right to force them to keep the accounts running in our portfolio for further monitoring purpose. therefore when they don't allow further access to their accounts, then the accounts stop getting updated and we have no choice except removing them once for all.

Clients need to exactly follow the instructions given on the Installation book which comes with the EA pack, so we advise them not to customise the EA setting by their own during the 60 days period as otherwise they will be disqualified for the refund if something goes wrong. The Accounts keep growing and then once they see the EA is gaining decent profit, some of them think of it as a quick rich making machine and they change the Setting to aggressive or custom mode, where many of the accounts have orders with big lots, which is not about our EA's default operation. In that case we can't be answerable if things go wrong causing damages to their accounts.

Now let me explain the Account with FPA Test which was stopped just because of the issues with our broker, superforex, we already have informed FPA officials with details and proof evidence, unfortunately FPA refused to resume the operation with the superforex account due to some technical issues.

Now that we have decided not to go live on FPA or myfxbook with any of our investors/EA users Accounts but with our Own Accounts. As you may see PRINCE FX EA V4, and some-other accounts on myfxbook we have added currently, they belong to us and we ensure not to let any account being stopped without any reason.

Every business has its downfalls/ups and downs, When we entered the market with PRINCE FX EA V1, things were very different, and now there is a great change, of-course we have improved our EA to the best of our possibility in three years.

There could be a few accounts targeted based on the High DD, but there are many more Accounts with a huge % of profit return, one may also bother to look at them.

We have already given detailed explanation regarding the above said account, we also understand your pain being competitor as bestforexea you might have the entire quota to only criticise others rather than improving your own strategy and we still don't mind if putting such comments on Princefxea leads you selling your stuffs without any real trading background, please go ahead, we wish you best of luck.

We just focus on improving our system and for your kind information the superforex account doesn't belong to any of our clients, that account is still active and reaching up 150K from just a deposit of 50K. We do not find your entire argument as progressive as it should sound in order for us to make any better improvement to our EA based of your statements. You have been insisting about brokers and the Account's DD, you know what is your actual problem? the huge rally of negativity in your mind.

one should also be having enough space for the positive stuffs as well in a corner of the mind. When 50% DD is targeted as a very negative sign then the 300+% of monthly return may also be considered. No one may achieve anything great without turning to risks, the rest is upto the User, the EA itself doesn't go for that sort of risk, the key is in the user's hand in terms of setting, the lower the risk/DD the % of return will also be dropped accordingly. If around 300% monthly return leads a 50% DD, the User may reduce the risk by putting the EA on safe mode and setting the DD as max as 20% under the DD Control manager within the system so the EA will generate 10-30% monthly return staying below 20% DD on any size of Account/s.

Regarding the Superforex account, We have nothing to do with your statement above, We have the deposit and withdrawal receipt via neteller and skrill to superforex, which have already been provided to FPA officials. Again we are not bound to disclose such financial stuffs to public over here.

We are going to end commenting on your posts here, as we believe that its not worthy to address all the illogical questions. There are thousands of traders using PRINCE FX EA around the globe, we value their comments and opinions either negative or positive, we do not at all entertain those comments which have been made by our competitors, and they haven't even experienced Prince FX EA in a practical manner, therefore their statements make no difference to our goodwill and the future of our product and services.

First of all, It will be more worthy for us to be in conversation with you if you could appear on FPA mentioning your good name as a genuine user.

Please be informed that ,we are not here with such an intention to scam anyone and we do not at all insist/request anyone to buy our trading system. This is just a test of our system with FPA and being positioned in the top 5 rank based on real account real data is an honour for us which we don't compare with money at all time.

Everyone is free in his/her decision when it comes to buy or not to buy any product. This platform does only provide us a transparent manner to examine the products and services of the trading community including you too. It only helps us in making decision to get better product or services with no extra cost.

It is totally disappointing to learn that you even include the platform owner in criticism staying on the sam platform with no logical reason. We can understand your pain.

For your kind information, genuine stuffs are about genuine people, we believe and accept there have been failures, no person and no system in the world can be all perfect at the first move towards the destination, lets take Elon musk for an example, would you still count his past failures or should his shining success at the end make matter?

We are happy with our doings even without a single sale of the EA through FPA or any other platform. We are not the scammers, otherwise we would have been existed no more but we are here for the past 6 years.
