Problem With FBS Indonesia

Hello Im verified Account on FBS Indonesia , and has been playing here 3 years or more
I Have a problem With some order in FBS, i have sent the email to support of FBS but again i create this thread to get some guidance , and get some other people opinion , not just one opinion from FBS support , so i'll learn and know whether im right or wrong . . .

This is Started When i open 2 Order Position in AUDUSD pair with Ticket number
1730114756 , 5 lot , Open Time 2017.04.21 20:54:20 and Ticket Number , 1 lot size open time 2017.04.21 19:20:30 1730104491 . . .

In The range of time when until the market close , i open the second order 1730114756 , 2 minutes after that at 2017.04.21 20:56 , the highest bar appear on chart , and its not hitting my stoploss at 0.75489 ( 5 lot ) and 0.75490
( 1 lot ) , because i put stoploss few point higher to anticipated the askprice , and there is no problem after that the order running as ussual.

But Suddenly At 2017.04.21 23:57:40 Broker Time , suddenly The Askline on metatrader gap is suddenly becoming very large and hit my stop loss at 0.75489 . . .
So I Checked The Bar and find something interesting , The Bar which is become problem doesnt even higher from the highest bar at 2017.04.21 20:56 that i mentioned above , which is the highest bar doesnt even hit my stoploss, so why this problem bar at 23:57:40 triggering my stoploss even if it price doesnt even higher than the highest bar that should hit my sl at the beginning.
so i checked at the ask line , it doesnt seems normal . . . its gapping so much

whats your opinion ? it is normal ?

it doesnt even hit the highest bar on h4 , in 0.75445, how can it hit stop loss at 0.75489 even if using ask price

We appreciate that you have contacted our customer support right away after the issue had happened and got the answer from our manager.
Still, we consider it our duty to clarify the situation here.

We have examined your claim about bespoken orders, consulted with the server data, checked its log-files and come to the following conclusion.

Fistly, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that both your orders (#1730104491 and #1730114756, AUDUSD) are Sell type. As you may know, Sell type orders are closed by Ask price, which exceeds the Bid price by the spread.

We would like to remind you that your account type has floating spread. Floating spread always depends on liquidity on a certain instrument at a certain moment of time, that means that spread may both decrease and widen.
According to the Customer Agreement:
3.3.7. Spread on trading accounts can be widened before, in time and after economic, political and other news release, during the Gap, at the time of Market opening (on Monday) as well as at the time of low market liquidity and when a market situation is conditional on high spreads.

Please, kindly note that at the moment the highly important news pieces in France has an extremely remarkable impact on the whole financial market. You can check the information about this news on our site: https://ptfbs.com/news/french-presidential-elections-23-04-2017
The mentioned news piece is the reason of very high volatility in the market, which results in significant spread widening.

More than that, please, kindly let us remind you, that on the Market closure, the spread can widen too.
Regarding your Stop Loss level, we have requested the ticks from our Technical Department.
Here are the ticks for both of the orders (#1730104491 and #1730114756) since both of them AUDUSD, Sell orders:

As you may see, the price 0,75495 is higher than your set Stop Loss levels (0.75490 for #1730104491 order and 0.75489 for #1730114756 order).


According to the Customer Agreement:
4.5.1. An order is executed in the following cases:
h) Stop Loss order – for an open selling position, when Ask price in the quote flow is equal or bigger than an order level.

Thus, we can state that your orders were executed correctly and in full accordance with the rules and conditions of the Customer Agreement and world market practice.
