@Magicman please followup with FOS. Although I cannot see what Skrill has to do with the case of Exness not allowing withdraw of your deposit. The original issue was never with Skrill, but with Exness not allowing withdraw.

UK FCA is correct that if you did not open account with broker under their jurisdiction, they cannot help you. This is a common tactic actually (to advertise regulation in one jurisdiction, but open client account in another)

There are still some unanswered questions about the timeline of events. They were asked in post #17 of this thread. But they will be reposted here (with added emphasis). If you submitted proof before, it was likely inadequate (see post #:13)

So let me make sure [we all can identify] the sequence of events correctly:

1a) You originally deposited $560.00 USD (only 1 deposit)?
b) No bonuses were attached or added to the account?
c) What was the date of this deposit(s)? (any screenshot of email/platform account confirmation of this?)

2a) You traded this $560.00 USD amount up to $29,893.06 USD??
b) Do you have an account statement screenshot of email or html?

3a) You requested a withdrawal $29,893.06 USD and it was blocked. What was the date of this withdraw request(s)?
Do you have any SMS, email, or screenshot showing withdrawal request?

4) Exness is now saying that the $29,893.06 was an accounting error; it was erroneously deposited into your account.

a) Can exness say exactly what date this was transferred into your account?
b) do you have a screenshot of this email?

c) Do you have any account statements, account history, or email which shows the initial deposit?

Let's make sure we have an accurate timeline of events.

PS: If any attachment is larger than 1MB, you can use cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc). Videos can be uploaded to several popular hosting sites, just make sure the link is "sharable" (you can view them via private/incognito window).

Good day!

I am a new Exness representative on Forex Peace Army.

We bring our sincere apologies for the late reply.

Thank you for your feedback.
This is to inform you that we have carefully reviewed your accounts, and transactions made within your Personal area.

There was a technical error when you were making an internal transfer from one account to others in your PA on 4th of August 2018, funds were transferred into other accounts, but were not deducted from the initial account.
In total, 29893.06 USD was credited mistakenly into some of your trading accounts.
Our technical specialists deducted the mistakenly credited amount, and you can now work in your Personal area as usual.

Due to the fact that the information is confidential, we will send you detailed reports with the transactions and provide clearer explanation by email.
If you require further assistance, please contact us at dildora.djalolova@exness.com.

We will be happy to help!
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused, and have a great day ahead!

I think MagicMan can take a few minutes and answer people's questions. This is not asking too much for relatively free help.

@Dildora Djalolova can you at least confirm that the money $29,893.06 USD does indeed belong to MagicMan's account? (regardless of which account, does the account and money belong to MagicMan??)

can you confirm whether it was a Cent USD account or full USD account?

Good day!

I confirm that the amount of 29,893.06 USD does not belong to MagicMan.
The initial account the client was making internal transfers from was Cent USD.

As I have explained earlier, there was a technical issue.
Also, a part of funds that were on the account mistakenly have been successfully withdrawn before our specialists noticed an issue.

Thank you!
