Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Fxdd, they are not processing my withdrawal requests, I also tried to contact their support email but I have not received any response from them, what can I do in these cases?

Please provide their website and the email address they are using for support.

It's fxdd.com mate
Of course, it happens that I have had the account for a year and a half and I have already made withdrawals previously from this page (fxdd.com/mt/es) and these were approved, last Friday in the browser I put fxdd.com and it was completed with fxdd.com/pe/en (I understand that it is an exclusive domain for Peru) here I also tried to make a withdrawal but today I checked and it was not approved either

Man, I'm sorry to hear that. If the FXDD you mentioned is not receiving regulation and it keeps denying your withdrawals, it's very likely that you're experiencing a scam. Report it to the police.
