Profiforex.com withdrawal issues

I joined today because I have experienced a situation with Profiforex. I've been trading with Profiforex for quite some time but for the last year or so they have completely gone dark. Trading systems are up, but support is almost negligible and withdrawal requests go nowhere. I have one that experienced the same as @aznavoj in https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/comm...-com-my-withdrawal-and-customer-service.60078 - Profiforex claimed it went to the "wrong" account. Another withdrawal has had no action on it. Both are now nearly 3 months old.

There have been a number of reviews on them - mostly positive in the past, but very poor in the last year or so - with similar reports.

I would love to see Profiforex chime in on this thread...

Same suggestion for you as well as I left in that thread............

First of all, invite the company by using the invite company option to your thread. And if you are unable to locate the option then this thread "Tutorial: How to Invite a company to your thread." will help you to find out.

Note: If you are new to FPA then invitation button will be enabled when your first post reaches 4 days old.

Till then follow the below-suggested options to draw their attention on your issue

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

I'm adding more specific details here in a reply that is applicable to my case, rather than a "hey everyone" rant, and will be inviting Profiforex to the discussion.

For many months now, Profiforex has not been honoring withdrawal requests and over time has slowly become more and more unresponsive to customer support.
Up until late last week, I had two withdrawal requests:
#109445 - initiated on 1/22/2019
#110031 - initiated on 2/28/2019

#109445 was withdrawn from my account, but funds never received (bitcoin). When I was finally able to reach someone in customer support (live chat) I was told that funds had been sent to the wrong bitcoin wallet by mistake and they were working to correct this. It was never corrected.

#110031 was never processed and as of approximately 5/21/2019 I canceled the request through the profiforex.com website.

On 5/21/2019I had a chat with "Vanessa" - the only person to ever be on the live-chat support system. Vanessa explained to me that finance was performing an "update of the system" and a withdrawal was not possible. Also, I was informed that my withdrawal #110031 had never reached the "processing system" and was somehow "stuck". Vanessa then indicated to me that I should contact live chat when making a withdrawal request, and she would directly inform the finance department.

On 5/22/2019 I initiated a new withdrawal request. Since then I have been unable to reach anyone on Live chat. The system shows that chat is available, but no one ever picks up, even when being on "hold" for hours. Later, it will show the live chat is offline.

For the last 6 months, I've been unable to achieve a successful withdrawal from this broker, emails to support and finance go unanswered, and the rare occasion I get someone on live-chat is evasive and unproductive. This seems consistent with many other posts on FPA.

Would be nice to get an acknowledgement at least from Profiforex....although Live Chat support is even hard to get on their site now.

No response from Profiforex since 5/1/19 - neither here, nor through their support channels, though their site is up, and trading is apparently still live.

There are a number of open complaint threads similar to this one - is there an appropriate forum location/main topic where a thread could be created and profiforex "customers" invited to contribute? I'm wondering if strength in numbers might help illicit action from this broker.
