On behalf of everyone here at the FPA, I want to apologize to the membership for how this offer was not what it was claimed to be. The FPA was told that this webinar would be training. Naturally, there was an expectation of a sales pitch for a product at the end. That is permitted under FPA Freebie rules. What happened instead is that the webinar provided very little information that could be used independently of the product being sold. This means that the webinar did not meet the standards of a free item by FPA definitions.

This is a clear violation of both the spirit and the rules of FPA Freebie offers. I and everyone else here will work to prevent another incident like this from happening.
