Dear all.

After sending an e-mail to FBS support regarding my withdrawal problems with PoltekFX, I have received a call from FBS. Note that this is the first time that I was called by phone and for the honesty of it, the guy who called me seemed professional enough and spoke very good English. As you all know, my last 2 payments were due within this week and the next. FBS proposed to make the process faster and to process those withdrawals within 48 hours, plus as you may all know, I never wished to receive my money via Liberty Reserve nor any e-payment but via wire transfer, but I was forced to on the principle that this was the only way available. They made me some loss since I was forced to go through an exchanger which cost me around 98$ for each 1000$. While it should've cost me around 35$ via wire. I had 3 withdrawals via Liberty Reserve which were as following with the cost:

1000$ (cost 98.5$).
1200$ (cost 108.5$).
1000$ (cost 98.5$).

FBS has also agreed to cover those expenses on the base of sending me the rest of the money but via webmoney which is perfectly ok for me and suits my needs. So the calculations will be as following:
PoltekFX owes me 2164.69$ left. And Commissions for those transactions were 305.5$. FBS have offered to cover the commission of webmoney which is 0.8% which will be around 20$. So FBS has agreed in total to pay me the sum of 2491$ as in the debts that PoltekFX owes me.

In return, I have agreed that upon paying the full amount, I will post on public forums (forex-tsd, forexfactory, FPA) that I have been paid the full amount owed to me by PoltekFX, and I will sign a receipt of those funds, and I will ask FPA to lift the scam review of PoltekFX.

Eventually, I would like to say that when this deal is done, FBS would've proven its honesty and its professionalism and this would prove also that PoltekFX's management have been changed and FBS is covering PoltekFX's debts.

As I have asked you before to label PoltekFX as a scam, I now would like to let you know about the details of the last couple of days. I received the following mail in MT4 from PoltekFX platform:


Dear customers and partners,
I am glad to inform you that on 11th February 2009 starts the new stage of the dealing center PoltekFX history.
By degrees the company has approached that natural phase of its development with outgoing into a new level. These changes are marked by PoltekFX entry into a new company - FBS – Financial Brokerage Services.

The FBS company was formed with participation of several capitals. One part of the share holding is owned by Asian and European traders. Another participant of the bargain was PoltekFX that became part of the FBS.

What does it mean for all of us? From 11th February 2009 on the world arena appears the new company that was created by the professional traders’ team. FBS was created for the purpose of uniting brokerage services on a large territory – China, Oceania, CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Georgia etc.), Europe, Asia and African countries.

I would like to stress that during the first month after FBS launch the PoltekFX clients have an opportunity after having learned the information about new company choose comfortable trading terms. A few hours later, I got a call from Russia from Mr. Nikita Kuleshin holding a position of Customer Service Department manager and speaking on behalf of FBS company regarding my withdrawal problems with PoltekFX. My only question is why didn't you post your case at FPA with screenshots and proof. That worked for me.
