We have just appointed a legal team and they are doing a final review on all the documents & paperwork, and preparing our files accordingly for court proceedings.

* and finally, may I request you, if it is not much of asking, to kindly write a detail (as much as you can without compromising your privacy) signed testimony (in a word file or paper scan) & please send that to us along with the evidences you have. That will be more helpful & will make you evidential documents, more authentic!

24option / rodeler company has stolen all my funds, 43.000€. They´ve manipulated prices to create losses, and they canceled my account without notice funding of € 43,000. They told me that I ´ve violated the terms and conditions using robots, and that is imposible and not true. They don´t have any proof for that.
After emails and conversations with them I have never returned the money, and no solution.
They tryed to buy me giving me a quantity of 5000€ to close the negociation and the claim, but I never accepted that.


I have enough evidence to show everything described with screenshots and CSV documents of everything. :

1. Closing down / cancellation of my account at 24option.com. They restricted the access to my user profile when I had funds in the account of 32.115€. They performed this cancellation on 01/09/2014 without any previous notification. Only once the account had been cancelled they sent me a template email justifying that I had violated the terms and conditions of the account.

This is absolutely false and they were not able to tell any explanation of which term I had violated. I made this money legitimately and when I tried to withdraw the funds they just cancelled my account, restricted the access to it and refused to give any explanation.

Since the day they closed my account I have tried to reach them thorough email and telephone on numerous occasions. The only time I spoke to someone on their side I expressed my anger for their behaviour and advised them that I was going to report the case to the Cysec. Shortly after a guy with Argentinian (or latin) accent who introduced himself as Nicolás, the manager of inactive accounts called me back on the phone and tried to offer me 5,000€ if I did not report the case to the regulators. He told me, “you either take 5,000€ or you wont get nothing”. Obviously I did not accept this sort of “agreement” as no one who had made money legitimately would have ever done.

2. The second thing I want to report is the Entry Prices Manipulation they performed on several trades.

This fraudulent behaviour by 24 option is very easy to spot. The explanation is as it follows:

Sometimes, when I bought a binary options hoping that the price will end below the “entry level” they manipulated my entry level to one much lower (and viceversa) so that the chances of the trade of becoming a winning trade were reduced dramatically because of this manipulation. The problem is that they were too obvious manipulating the price, and if you take a chart from their own platform in the time interval where the trade was executed is very easy to spot that the underlying never traded at the level they gave me as entry level. How can I enter a trade at a level that was never reached by the market? My intuition is that they have algorithms that provide slippage to entry levels in order to make much less likely for a trade to get into the money. This is just like stealing money from investors.

To prove this trade manipulations I provide 3 examples that I realized were too obviously manipulated and I decided to take screenshots to report their behaviour. This 3 trades account for a total invested amount of 11,000 € and is the second part of the money I am claiming back

- Refund of the money I had in the account prior to the cancellation of my account: 32,115
- Refund of the invested amount of the trades I spotted that the entry price was manipulated to create a loss: 11,000
- Total amount claimed and justified by screenshots and detailed explanations= 32,115 + 11,000 = 43,115€


I hope you resolve this issue in an appropriate manner in order to protect retail investors from this kind of companies that do not conduct their business in an appropriate manner.


I HAVE NOTHING TO HELP ME, I´VE MADE A CLAIM TO CYSEC 3 TIMES, AND NEVER RECEIVE A REPLY.
