Can i submit or file a case now against RGCX. There are not releasing my deposit for the 2 of my unverified account and ask me to trade for the verified third one.

I wrote to them again for the third time direct to their main website contact. It is useless trying to contact them through support. I know they will consider my case because it involve unverified account which is not under any trading policy. Can i file a case now Mr Pharaoh? Thanks
