Received a call From Blockchain.com about a frozen wallet. They asked me to check if my wallet is indeed frozen. How do i make sure it's legit? And does anybody experienced the same?

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.

Yeah kind off the basic of the story is the same. Only the context is different. But i played along with them to test them. They sended me the emails so i can reactivate the frozen wallet. But i didnt use their link but try to log in myself at blockchain.com. strange thing is, yes i got an acount or blockchain.com. and i managed to log in. But i dont have a wallet from blockchain.
