A few days ago, FPA member Brendie asked if anyone at the FPA could confirm that Red Uluru really had a 5 star rating with the FPA. The FPA's reviews were checked and rechecked, and no sign of anything related to RedUluru could be found in the FPA's forums or reviews.
On the testimonials page at RedUluru.com there is an image file. It claims to have 486 reviews with a 4.750 star average. It has quotes listed as “Citations from the Forex Peace Army”. Those quotes are from a different product's review page selling an unrelated product. RedUluru has never been listed in the FPA's reviews until today.
We consider this to be a case of deliberately misleading traders into buying a product. Additionally, they have taken the text of reviews for another companies product without properly attributing those quotes to the real review page. They have taken the FPA logo and misused it to mislead potential customers. We consider this to be a clear violation of international copyright and trademark law as well as a direct insult to everything the FPA's reviews stand for.
Under these circumstances, RedUluru has forced us to consider it to be a scam. We offer Red Uluru the opportunity to have this scam finding lifted by meeting these requirements. First, they must replace the false information about their FPA rating on their website with an apology for resorting to this unethical method of advertising. Second, they must contact all those who have purchased the product while this fake information was posted and offer them an unconditional refund. Third, they must post a full explanation and apology on their review page here along with a pledge to never again resort to such unethical and illegal methods of misleading potential buyers. If this is not done soon, the FPA may feel it necessary to take further actions against this company.
RedUluru.com is hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge traders not to do business with this company. For those who have already purchased their product, we urge you to seek a refund immediately.
