Rosemarie did not confirm it with the moderator willingly. I had to ask the moderator to chase her up and demand a response. That should give people an idea of the type of person Rosmarie is. It was her plan to just disappear and never confirm the refund was received.
She also pasted forged emails here to make me and my employees look bad. The issue was exacerbated by her rudeness and hostility towards my staff. Yes there was a refund issue, it was a simple lost cheque in the mail. It should not have gone this far.
