It definitely isn't easy. While it is important to not bring your emotions into trading, you cannot simply suppress your emotions - not without consequences, anyways. You might feel angry, greedy or disappointed from time to time, and it's very important to find a healthy outlet for these emotions. Exercise and meditation are examples that help a lot of people.

When we are trading we have to learn how we would be able to control our Emotions. It is a known fact that those traders who would be able to control their Emotions in trading will be able to get more profits from their trades and also their losses will come down.

The best ways to control your emotions can be to establish a trading plan and trading journal and know that there will be another chances to win so sit back and relax.

Yeah it also quickly leads to emotional fatigue and general deterioration of cognitive abilities. Constant stress adversely affects our thinking. And it leads to higher ratio of erroneous decisions especially in manual trading.

Agreed! The sooner a trader becomes good at controlling his/her emotions, the better. There is no place for any emotional disbalance in forex, it does have a negative impact on the results for sure. It is better that a trader keeps his focus on the markets and unaffected by anything, trades with confidence and motivation.

I think it is impossible to trade without emotions because they are inherent to our nature but we can code robots and don't stare at monitors which will greatly reduce emotional pressure and eliminate mistakes.

Emotions in trading are a massive part of it, I would suggest pulling out your initial seed money when doubled up as this will take away the investment side of things and in reality are just playing with profits then. The emotions will still be there so look to pull out bits as the account builds so you have something should it go wrong

I have already accepted that it is almost impossible to get rid of the influence of emotions. You can try to suppress them, but you can't get rid of them completely. I can only advise you to create trading rules for yourself and choose an appropriate trading strategy, which will help to minimize the impact of your emotions on your trading.

You are right here , no one can control emotions totally. However he can try to be careful so that they do not influence a lot in trading that is dangerous. Emotions are always with us either they act as positive or negative , it is now up to a trader to be aware when they are a high risk for his money so he should avoid trading at that time.
