Fact 1: Your account has been closed following your request.
Fact 2: There is no unpaid commission because the account balance did not reach the min. payout before the account was closed.
Fact 3: You signed the terms of our affiliate contract electronically when you signed up to our partner program. In other words, you had to know what happens to your commission when you close your account before the min. payout limit is reached.
Fact 4: There is nothing what can be done to bring the account back. Closed means closed.
Fact 5: Even if you visit this forum for a year and post new "alternative facts" every day, nothing will change.

Now, take my advice. "Men up", stop yelling and keep moving forward. Good luck and again, thank you for working with us.

PS: If there would be a way to bring your account back, I would do so. After all we are all humans and I understand that sometimes people overreact, but again, there is nothing what I can do.

PPS: Please remove our e-mail addresses from your earlier posts. Posting them they way you did violates the forum rules (at least I am pretty much sure in it) and gives bots the possibility to grab them and send spam. Thanks.

Mr. Alex the records are there. Kindly prove or display where I asked closure of my account. I asked if my account can be closed and commissions paid. It was an inquiry. Please refer to our conversations on Skype.

It was you who took the wrong action. See facts from your statement which I have posted here many times. See them below in case you're not getting facts right.

Unfortuantly the min. payout amount was not reached on your account. That's why I did not close your account (otherwise the commission would be lost) but instead changed the status from active to pending. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support desk at any time.

Looking at the above where and how did I request closure of the account. It was all your action out of irrational anger towards me during the discussion on skype.

You clearly stated my account referrals still counts despite the pending or deactivated mode or what you call closure.

There's everything you can do and you know it. Simply pay me for what I have worked or reactivate my account. I'll continue to state my case here and elsewhere until Justice is served.

As for your email addresses coming up, my apologies but I'm not aware of the rules you're talking of. I published the necessary facts so someone will not say I'm making things up.

Good Morning,

I wish to announce that Mr. Alexander Collins is yet to pay my outstanding commissions despite the evidence and facts I have provided here for all to see in my posts. He has also determined not to reactivate my account implying a direct action from him not to consider mutual resolution if indeed he is willing to. This clearly means he had intent to lock out my hard earned commissions after taking advantage of me and made hasty decisions to close my account.

Also I took time to find more evidence that I did not only refer clients to his free product even though that is not an excuse for him to treat me this way. I strongly believe with facts that the genesis of this issue was because of more commissions I generated from sales of his free product.

As I mentioned before there is nothing I can do. You requested that we close your account and that is what we did. The affiliate system we used back then had a min payout of 300$ and this amount was never reached on your account. As min payouts are somewhat inconvenient we are now using the affiliate system from our payment processor with real time tracking and weekly payouts. If you are interested in joining our new program, contact us at any time. Regarding your old account, there really is nothing what can be done to bring the account or at least the data back.
