RESOLVED - ACFX zero out my won trades illicitely

Dear Forex peace army readers,

In this thread I want to inform you to be aware with ACFX broker due to my recent case with them. I traded CFDs product #GOOG and won the trades in a normal way and all my won trades have been confirmed by ACFX through their daily accounts confirmations emails. On the next days they drew back their confirmations, which were confirmed by both parties, and zero out my won trades illicitly.
A internal complaint procedure I did make with ACFX and then go to CySEC. Up to now almost two month are passed and CySEC is not able to answer my complaint, although they already confirmed my online complaint submitting.

In the attachment you can see all the details of my written complaint to CySEC.

Send a followup inquiry to Cysec once ever week or two. Cyprus also has a financial ombudsman.

Send ACFX an invitation to come and join this thread.

Our accounts( I train traders and open more accounts there) have been closed at that time immediately and money were withdrawn in full ( One USD ist left there.)

I think Cyprus now is in crisis. The system reacts nothing on complaint.

So next steps I will bring that case to related EU authorities. Traders, be aware with Cyprus regulations because it makes no sense if one complaining according to their procedures and no one can react on that. Such kind of system must be something wrong in the inside.

Cysec is getting bombarded by complaints. Send a gentle followup every week or two. You can also file a complaint with the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman as well ask asking higher authorities at the EU to take a look.
