Let’s say a little misleading, regulator do not interfere in FOS decision making resolving individual complaints, AFCA is only a private ombudsman service no gov. institution, also in general FOS “DECISIONS are never final only Court “VERDICTS are.
Why such rush let’s give @Shiro21 some time, no need to hang members
Oh yes plenty of fantastic reviews great, but it won’t protect customers however some transparency and truth could !

Shiro21 declined public and private requests to post his account statements. Declining to answer relevant questions alone is enough of a reason to declare the thread as abandoned. Instead, the FPA held back to see what would happen regarding Shiro21's AFCA complaint.
There was no rush to hang Shiro21. The thread was left accessible in Scam Alerts until a full week after the results of the AFCA finding were announced in the thread. Shiro21 hasn't been online at the FPA since October 21, 2021. Since it appears that Shiro21 has no interest in providing requested evidence or leaving a reply to the AFCA findings, this thread is now being placed in the Resolved Issues folder.
