Ive Requested a Withdrawal near a month ago. However the Bank Debit Card I deposited with has now been closed so i requested a Wire transfer to my other bank account, after chatting and waiting a week was told need to send confirmation of the old bank closing the account...

I have Done this in terms of uploading this confirmation from my old bank by the upload function online and also sent one to my Account Manager on 20th December 2017 i also sent via email a Photo of my new bank Debit Card and also uploaded this again online.

I have a log of the Chats and at 1 point Ken of chat was cheeky enough to state well you will have to wait for a reply from Account Mgr.... I have done everything on my part and i have NO communication at all cannot speak to anyone on your contact number as it terminates the call after 1 minute 30 seconds of waiting. i have tried to withdraw and have also sent emails to your customer@avatrade.comcs@avatrade.comr.semenduev@avatrade.com before the couple of withdrawals that i have attempted and guess what i get an email saying withdrawal done and then it goes back to my account . Your operations should have all the info in relation to compliance and this is unacceptable. you have just under £3000 of mines and very kindly closed my trades without telling me and have stopped trading in XRP ripple which was the only thing i was interested. OK so you did that but your lapse in service you have cost me from moving to another vendor. I have a log of this and am not impressed with service i will continue to withdraw and will expect this to be sorted as you took my money instantenously and paid my fees but closed my trade as it was too profitable


for potential newbies who are considering Avatrade please look at alternatives ....SINCE THEN AS IM WAITING FOR MY WITHDRAWAL I HAVE LOST OUT ON THOUSANDS WHILST WAITING FOR THEM TO DO SOMETHING -- THEY HAVE HAD COURT CASES IN ISRAEL AS THEY WON IT BUT WERE SUBJECTED TO THERE STRATEGY MANIPULATION OF GAINING FROM CLIENTS LOSSES - GUESs WHAT THEY PUT XRP BACK ON THIER SYSTEM YESTERDAY ... ABSOLUTE JOKE
 
I am living the same situation here. They do not answer my e-mails, phone calls and they do not respond my requests to withdraw my money.

I think i got scamed :(

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

The world of trading is futile and dangerous. It is filled with sharks and dangerous creatures that will devour you and your lifetime savings in blink of an eye. ;)

The red flags were all over the place back in summer time when crypto made its way to the trading desk. You should know that cashing out on crypto is seriously difficult without risking a total loss. I learned this the hard way, 5 years ago, when I built my first basement mining rack and generated some serious coin… I had the coin but was not able to cash out. Trading firms all over the world would gladly accept my coin but no USD would ever reach my account.

So what happened to your favorite Forex broker? It’s simple and was long time coming. The earnings that traders made on crypto are not fulfilled by crypto exchanges and 3rd party brokers because they could not collect the ridiculous amounts of money that one bitcoin is worth. So all those crypto trades are sort of missing the main ingredient, real currency to back it up. This is where your broker got F***** and they dipped into all traders accounts to balance out all those non substantial crypto trades. Ask yourself: would you pay $15k of your hard earned money for one virtual bitcoin? … probly not. :(

Crypto is a huge bubble that just popped and your broker is now broke. :eek:

Some brokers are trying to recover by eliminating all crypto gains from your account and taking you back to your summer account balance. Some brokers will not recover and some brokers are scammers and will use this opportunity to steal your USD.

What can you do?... Just be patient and hope for the best. There is no need to scream SCAM all over the internet because you were supposed to see it coming miles away... These are basic skills that successful traders must have. If you got burned then only blame yourself for being naïve thinking you will be buying a mansion home anytime soon by making gains in crypto currency. It also does not help that your broker is registered is Cyprus… WTF is that anyways? :rolleyes:

MASSIVE RECOMMENDATION TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF YOUR CHAT AS THIS TIME IT DID NOT LET ME SEND CHAT ATTACHMENT AS EMAIL...??

Glad to hear you got your money back from Avatrade. Now you also are having a problem with eToro?
