Hi all,

I have a live account that I have been trading on and made many deposits and withdrawals from over 5+ years.

The debit card I used to make my last deposit has expired and they will not let me update it with a new card or any other method (all in same name) and are telling me I have to withdraw my last deposit amount to an expired card then chase my bank for it.

This just feels wrong and like they are trying to hold my funds. I have attempted a small withdrawal to see if my bank will get it or not but has anyone come accross this?

For anyone else that has this issue I can confirm that I received the money even tho my debit card was expired luckily. Don't know if this will be the case for everyone.
