Resolved:: Bdswiss price movement abuse, deposit impossible, FSC account closed replaced by CYSEC account

Hello Dear Traders,

I encountered a problem with Bdswiss, at the opening of the markets on August 9, 2021, XAU / USD started to fall and reached the price of 1697 at 00:57 (utc + 2 Paris time).

The chart of the Bdswiss platform is linked to Tradingview, the price is exactly the same,I have been on it for several months, by clicking on the bdswiss chart we are redirected to the one linked on Tradingview.

However, in the space of an instant, Bdswiss moved the price of XAU / USD from 1697 to 1671, a difference of 26 points. Also, during the fall, I was unable to deposit to protect my account. XAU / USD hit 1653 while the official low is 1687.

I then contacted support to ask for an explanation of this incredible price move of 26 points in an instant, 34 points in total on XAU / USD and the inability to deposit.

Support initially ignored the price move and asked me to provide them with a position id screen regarding the deposit issue.

I then replied to their email, ignoring the deposit problem by insisting on the price movement made by the platform. Here is what the support replied

''Thank you for your email. Kindly note that we provide the prices as received from our liquidity providers. "

They then bounced back on the deposit issue.

However, after their response Bdswiss closed my FSC regulated account with possible leverage at 1: 500 and opened a new CYSEC regulated account for me with maximum leverage 1:30. Due to the account closure, I cannot provide them with information regarding my positions closed. I had only the screen of id positions from the one closed at 00:57 when they dropped the price for 26 points.

I subsequently replied to their email, ruling their website contradictory with their previous response:

"Deep Liquidity, Direct Access to Top-Tier Liquidity Providers, No order manipulation, no conflicts of interest."

I am asking for an explanation because such a displacement of the price of XAU / USD by 34 points is really fraudulent, I also asked the reason for the closure of my FSC regulated account.

I haven't heard back from them since.

I would like to know if it is legal for the broker to move a price that the XAU / USD has never reached, it is an incredible difference of 34 points, it is literally a crash made by the broker on its own.

Also, I don't know how to react regarding my deposit problem and the closing of the FSC regulated account replaced by a CYSEC account.

There is the final answer of the support :

''Upon investigating your account, we cannot locate any deposit attempts on the 9th of August 2021 and without a screenshot proving an error received we cannot conduct any further investigation. Also, without the position IDs of the trades you are referring to we cannot investigate the trades you are referring to.

As explained in our email dated 16/08/2021, it is not advisable to compare the prices you see in different platforms as brokers provide different prices as received from various liquidity providers.

Based on the above, please note that a reimbursement could not be considered in this case.

Thank you for you understanding and we consider this matter to be closed.''

- For the first answer, they closed my FSC regulated account by opening a CYSEC account, so my positions have disappeared and I no longer have the possibility to provide them with the position ID.

- Here again, the support is talking to me about a price comparison between brokers, for the second time I already mentioned in the previous email that I never spoke about this, the support repeats the same thing to me. I'm only talking about the price of gold which went from 1693 to 1671 in the instant of an instant, it's really mind-blowing and ridiculous.

Support swept away the deposit issue by closing my account right after asking me for the position id. He does not explain to me the reason for the closure.

In addition, he continues to ignore my demand for the price of gold by writing things that I have never said. You can see below the second time that I notify them never to have mentioned a comparison between broker :

I never speak of a difference in graphics between brokers or mention a broker.

Your platform uses the chart from "Tradingview.com". The only difference displayed on your platform is the buy and sell spread of a few pips.

However on August 9, 2021 at 00:57 am your platform has moved the price of Xau / usd from 1697 to 1671. This move made by your platform is simply outrageous and ridiculous. The price of Xau / usd never reached 1671 at 00:57 am on August 9, 2021. This 26 point move is simply a fraudulent act. "

They ignored everything i wrote, and repeated the same thing about broker comparison. This spread of 26 points made in an instant is simply fraudulent, no chart in the world provide such a price and such a movement, this is clearly a scam made by this broker.

As indicated in my previous post, your Complaints Handling Team already answered me , ignored totally all my complaint and closed the topic.

You are doing the same as your Complaints Handling Team, you are not reading me and just use automatic sentences.

Maybe you're lazy to read everything so I'll summarize:

-You modified fraudulently the price of XAU/USD from 1697 to 1671 (340pips) in an instant.

-Your platform not allowed me to deposit during this fall.

-You closed my FSC account and openned a CYSEC account with my trade history cleaned, so i can't give you positions ID you are asking me.

-And your Complaints Handling Team is totally ignoring repeatedly any question about the movement of the price by writting 2 times that I compare the prices of brokers, something that I have never done.

I think that you clearly understand the issue here and ask you a third time to not avoid it, since you are the only broker to have dropped the XAU / USD to 1653 while the official world low is 1687.

Attached you will find the screens showing the anomaly of the BDSWISS candlestick which makes no sense compared to the real candlestick.
