RESOLVED - Beware BlueberryMarkets scam. All who lost money with them pls gather here

Blueberymarkets is one of the brokers having the most good reviews in this forum. I have been considering using them until now.
What a big disappointment.
Yup, exactly....second ASIC regulated broker turning out to be a shady broker. The first one is, in my book, I-See-Bucketshop a.k.a ICMarkets.

Wow, that is absolutely crazy.
It honestly beggars belief more isn't done to bring these absolute cons to justice, especially when there is a very clear and apparent paper trail between organisations.

Yep. The trail actually goes pretty far back.

They have actually changed names so many times it's suspicious. Roco Forex is a scam company registered in Australia, with business and clients in China. They took their China clients' money and ran away with it.

The post is written by a user in Chinese, dated 20th April 2015. A rough translation on it says Roco Forex ran with the clients money, their MT4 account became invalid, all contacts on the website stopped working, the terminal was unable to connect to the server and the price chart is no longer updating. The final post was from another user who manage to dug out the names of the people who registered the company. Two guys named 尚迪 and 刘峰 from Beijing, who previously worked at IkonFX before June 2009. And that forum user told anyone who have deposited money in Roco Forex to report to the local authorities.

Coincidentally, Roco Forex changed its registered name from Roco international Pty Ltd to Eightcap Pty Ltd the following month after running away with clients' money in China.

Well, what about Blueberry Markets? What's their relationship with Eightcap?

Blueberry Markets Group is the business name of Eightcap. Blueberry Markets Pty Ltd is a separate entity registered under a different ABN, and is an authorised representatives of Eightcap to provide financial services on its behalf. On top of Blueberry Markets Pty Ltd, The rest of the licensed representatives includes Ben Clay, Tim Maunsell and Dean Hyde; All 3 of them moved over from AxiTrader, a broker who have an equally abysmal rating as Eightcap on FPA.

We can see it's always the same few perpetrators and companies running around scamming people, changing names when their game is up, and then restarting their shady activities under the radar with a new business name once again, as new victims fall prey to the same few experienced old-time scammers unwittingly and helplessly. We really have to trace them down and end it for good.

From Roco Forex running away with their China clients' money, to Eightcap who tried to cheat its Vietnamese clients' money. And now Blueberry Markets.. it's an neverending fight with the scammers. Before you could even start making money in Forex, all the scammers are already fully lined up, ready to pounce on you and take all your money right from your very grasp, before you could even enter the arena. How unfortunate the current situation of Forex trading has turned out to be..

@FPA Forums Team, will you please update the Blueberry Markets and EightCap review profiles with the other identities of the other related brokerages???

Some good research here.

Excellent research & report.
I think the best thing now is to compile & summarized all your research report and forward them to ASIC to make it easier for them to get off their fat butts and do some regulating work as they are supposed to do.

The guys from Blueberry Markets has contacted me and offered to resolve the issue. The details are currently being worked out and I am going to refrain from making any further accusations and comments about the company until everything have been sorted out.

Good for you @Shiro12.... seems probable that you, like many others, will probably vanish from our FPA after your case has been resolved by Blueberry. But good to see you will be getting what you want from Blueberry...and good luck!

P/S: Would highly appreciate Moderator to keep all the posts here for future reference because of the time & dedication that have been put into the research carried out by @4evermaat, @The Punisher, and @Shiro12
