Resolved - Binary Tilt failure to refund

I deposited into Binary Tilt back in April, just £200. Immediately I could not place trades and there was an error message popping up. I checked back a day later and the error persisted.

I contact their "Support" for help but non was given, so I asked for a refund under their 7 day refund policy. Nothing happened for 3 weeks and when I spoke to someone they told me I need to pay a £25 fee for withdrawing in the first month. I forwarded the email response to my original withdrawal request within the first 7 days and I was met with a "So what, pay the £25 fee or wait over 30 days from opening the account."

I waited as they forced my hand and broke their own terms. I then requested another withdraw 15 banking days ago (6th June to 26th June)still even now nothing. NO answering the phone, and not responding to emails other to say it is being processed. Take a seat, my original request for payout was on 20th April!!!

This is a scam, avoid giving these guys your well earned money. Their payouts are not that great and other brokers provide a better service with more communication, better payouts and better platforms with technical indicators.

I've logged an official complaint.

If you used a credit card, contact the issuing bank immediately. Ask for the fraud or disputes department. Let them know how the promised service of withdrawal is being fraudulently blocked.

Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat

FX Master, I was about to take your steps but instead I sent a group Email to every address I had for them with a link to this thread and your advice. They paid out a day later, on Friday!!

It really sucks how you have to chase companies like this to get your own money back. :(

Anyway, thanks for you help. I was advised that you guys know your stuff and you certainly helped me out here. I still advise that people avoid Binary Tilt based on my own personal experience. By comparison I requested a much larger withdrawal from Binary.com and they paid me the next day...

What did you write to them?
I am still waiting for my refund from them - they wrote to me that they don't work with Swedish People anymore so they will close my account and refund all my money....
