Requested payout of 250€ 12/13/2016 still in review ???

I started the withdrawal request 12/13/2016.
Sent many mail ( reminder ) : no answer at all.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem ?

The person with whom I spoke, told me that there are many accounts under investigation, mine was a different case.
I still can not understand how a customer in good faith working with the platform they provide, can somehow commit an abuse. ??? It remains a mystery or only an excuse.
This should explain to their customers even before you start working.
However on 7 tested brokers, only three have returned my capital without conditions.
As for three of these, I'm struggling to get the refund back.
One was reported to the authorities in London.

On limited occasions, real abuse can happen. With scam brokers, the act of making profit is considered to be abuse.
