i don't know if the problem solved as soon as i posted this message, or i had to wait from monday (day of withdraw submission) to friday (day of withdrawal done) to have my money

usually they are fast

Glad to see they got around to processing the withdrawal.

So many companies don't seem to get the concept that keeping clients informed during delays will make customers happier and improve their image.
