Ayman, I've read the FOS ruling you sent me. In January 2013, the FOS rules that the 5 tickets you specifically referred to all executed properly. The difference in the price was a combination of price gaps and slippage. For other trades you had issues with, you were invited to specify exactly what issue you had with each one and send that information to the FOS.

Did you do this? If so, what did the FOS say about each of those trades? If not, why not?

Please send the FOS's response on the other trades or provide an incredibly compelling explanation for why you've ignored the invitation the FOS made 20 months ago. Otherwise, my vote is to mark this as "Resolved by Regulator"
