Josh, you are either brave or foolish, maybe a little of both, as I'm sure we all are... It saddens me to read these stories over and over again. You are definitely entitled to a refund. Thanks to the FPA for trying to help. It's only by passing on this sort of information and our sheer weight in numbers [read members] that scammers will see an end to their follies.
