This is SCAM.I have also had this problem with ZoomTrader.Happy for me it has has been a small amount, I've get my money.
It is wise to always get on with small amounts regularly, withdraw and watch how the broker behave.Keep in mind that no one broker is your friend, they will always try to make money on you
