So , i my withdrawal got finally approved according their email. All the funds have been refunded to my mastercard, and i got the profit sent to my bank account.
But my account has been disabled, so i can't check in my history if it is 100%. But i'll wait and see if today or tomorrow my money will be on my bank account.

I wish this won't happen to anyone else! It's really a stressfull situation and their support is awful.
