EasyMarkets are still dead silent on this issue after I sent multiple emails ,email to complaints department,sent screenshots to this post and still no communication from the company.
They are guilty so there might not be much to say from their team.

I noticed some unusual occurrence by easy market company whereby they were having a difference of between 0.5pip and 2.5pips variance on trades where stop loss would be hit faster or even before the market rate, take profit would delay to be hit. The fact to note is the nature of easymarkets business;is that they make profit when traders {client} loose and thus they do do this to to ensure client loses money for you to gain.

I raised the concern with easy market team and they gave me unlogical explanation.

I asked why it only happened on Eur/usd,Gbpusd e.t.c currencies pair with high volumes and not Gold he could not explain(They targeted this currencies because it was hard to detect the variance)

but he further offered to reduce my commission charged, and move my account to VIP status

My question is this, how do you remedy unfair business vice by offering low spread commission just to make me happy and quiet?, I requested for a full refund of $4000 I had invested with them but they declined my request. I researched online and I saw So many clients have complained about easy Markets and a certain story that was striking is one where Easy markets threatened (bribed) a genuine client to pull down a post before they can issue him a refund.(on this same platform ) I then requested for a full refund because I did not want to be part of a questionable corrupt system and they they declined,

When I reported to my bank and requested for a refund .Easy Market further unauthorized withdraw funds from my account which had running trades so that my account is left venerable because of the small equity so that I lose all the money through margin call and they can present the statement to show I lost all the money.

I asked why they withdraw $680 ,$90 and $34 from my account and they declined to answer .

I have concrete evidence in videos ,screenshots to show the variance and audio recordings from their calls proving and accepting their are variance of 0.5pips to 2.5pips on their system

I wrote an email to Bharat,Mercedes who have ignored my emails.

I visited their regulator ASIC and I saw complain contact person danielb@easymarkets.com

who first denied me having an account then second said that my account is with Easy Markets Europe and they are different entities.

I should contact the Europe and when I asked if he was the CEO he denied and said CEO does not deal with such matters.

Am now requesting you to intervene because they have refused to respond to my emails or calls.

This is a very serious offense Am requesting for my deposit deposit of $4000

You have been a trader with easyMarkets since January 2014 and had been trading extensively with a profitable trading account using the MT4 charts during these 4 years. As you are well aware after your years of trading with us, Forex trading carries a substantial level of risk and markets can be unpredictable at times resulting in negative trades when markets do not move in our favor.


We had received an email from you on 03/05/2018, requesting a clarification on the prices illustrated on the MT4 charts which one of our representatives had explained to you in detail. He had explained to you, that our MT4 charts are for illustration purposes and to be used as an indication of market movements only. The MT4 chart shows a “Bid” price which is default for all account types. Since we have different account types, there will be a small difference always as explained to you by our representative. The exact rate for your account can be found on the Market Watch as this is displayed specifically for your account type.


After this conversation with our representative, we had received an email from you dated 04/05/2018 and we were happy to read in your email that all was clear to you regarding the prices that you see on the charts and that you understood that they are for illustration purposes only. As per the comments quoted from your email received on 04/05/2018 that: “The explanation made sense and know and have evidence you are a trusted company. I know Easy Forex guarantee the best business practices that are of the highest standard. We have put this behind us now.”, we were under the impression that all was clarified. If you need for us to send this email that you had sent to us, please advise as we have in our records.


We have different types of accounts as per our “Forex Accounts” link below: https://www.easymarkets.com/int/about/forex-account/ . As a standard practice and as you can see from our website, when an account is funded with USD2000 and above, they are upgraded to a VIP account. Since you had funded your account with $4000 at the time, you were eligible for a VIP account, which one of the benefits is a lower spread. It is unfortunate to hear that you believed that the VIP account was given to you for any other reason. I reiterate, that this is a standard practice with all of our clients as stated in our website.


You had reported a chargeback to your bank and the procedure that is followed with chargebacks is that the trading account is suspended until the case is cleared. The chargeback is then arbitrated using all of the evidence we provided to defend this chargeback. In view of this your web account was suspended to avoid additional deposits and trade. However since you continued to trade in your MT4 account despite your grievance, we were unable to suspend that account and close the open trades. As we could not close your open trades we debited the amounts $680, $90 and $34 to avoid any additional trade. These amounts are part of the non-withdrawable redeposit bonus you received after your deposit of USD4000. As you can therefore appreciate, that since you have attempted to chargeback your original transaction to get these funds back, we cannot allow you to open new trades using part of the bonus USD1200 that was given to you.


You contacted our office in Australia which handles different regions than your own and this is the reason why Daniel could not assist you with this as your account is not handled by this jurisdiction. Daniel had advised you that your account was handled by the Cyprus office. Your Account Manager has tried to contact you various times in order to discuss this further with you but unfortunately he has not been able to reach you.


Please contact us at cs@easymarkets.com in order to arrange a phone call to clarify the situation further if you feel necessary.

Kindly clarify why this difference is not in Gold/Silver?

Also how comes when I opened the account you did not move me to VIP immediately I deposited ,why after the complain.

Also why could you not wait for the trades to close,why withdraw money when one has running trades and did you know the trades closed because of margin calls because of low margin after you transferred the money?
Also kindly send evidences that you have tried to contact me without fail.

I have sent many emails without response which I can post here.

Kindly clarify this concerns

I Would like to confirm to the FPA that we have settled the misunderstanding and solved the issue amicably with EASY MARKETS I might have over reacted and I apologize to Easymarkets .
Easy markets has promised to re-enstate my account .
