RESOLVED - Exness.com cheating me?

I need support for clearly my order
I set my order buy limit 1390 stoploss 1388 take profit 1406 and to day exness get me price buy 1390 stoploss 1382.092 at the same time 23:00.
Exness leave me from 1388 to 1382.092 at 23:00 because i have two order another get price stoploss 1388 at that time.

I need exness get me right price 1388 and give back my money.
I need responser exness give me answer

I can already tell you what probably happened. Spread widened and the ask price hit 1390. If the bid was at 1392.092 at that moment, then that was the next available price and your stop triggered.

Exness, it's just me or people are complaining about the same issue?
Maybe you are being too aggressive/conservative regarding spread widening?

Everyone can see this image, order 22685401 get price open 1390 and price stoploss 1382.092 at the same time 23:00 while two order get right price stoploss 1388 at the same time 23:00?
What happen? I trade for long time, over 4 years old and i understand clearly what is spread widening.

This is a screen shot. As you see order 22685401 have the same times open and closed is 23:00 at open price 1390 and closed price 1282.092, while i set stoploss 1388. two order another is get right price 1388 stoploss at thí time 23:00. I need an answer from exness? why?

i trade in over three years old and i understand clearly what is spread widening and thí case is not.
Three order set stoploss at 1388 and two order get that price and one is leave. At the time 23:00 have three prices are 1390 - 1388 and 1382.092. No, this is cheating me!
