RESOLVED - Exness issue

I am looking for exness rep here to answer my complain. My details are as follwo:

Trading account number: 703259.
I am trading forex with exness.com. Today exness close my buy usdjpy 50 pips below my SL.
The details of the order are as under:
Account No. 7032590.
Order No. 20966446
Position: buy usdjpy @ 99.808
SL: 99.809
TP: 100.879.
My order was closed at 99.305 ignoring my SL.

There was a HUGE price movement at that point, probably driven by a news release. It sucks, but under those conditions, large and painful slippage is a fact of life.
