Resolved - FM-FX not paying my withdrawal request!

I joined FM-FX in July 2017. I was persuaded into starting an account from a very smooth talking broker that had called me after i showed interest on the website.

I read all the small print on available on their website and felt ok about starting the deposit process so i could start trading my account.

I made 5 deposits over the following month totally $2500aus. I was assured there would be no problems at all if i ever needed to withdraw my deposits.

I made some small but profitable trades and as it stands my trading account sits at $2848aus.

So here comes the issue. About 1 month into trading i requested to make a withdrawal of some of my funds. I then provided all the super specific documents they requested to get my account fully verified. To the point of getting a signed letter from my bank.

This process dragged on for 3weeks but finally my account was verified and i was told i would receive my funds within 7 business days. That was 6 weeks ago!!

I ring their customer support each week and continue to get the same answers. My request is with the finance department and has been approved and they are not sure what the delay is in the funds being transferred.

I contacted my bank to request a charge back of these deposits but they were unable to retrieve my funds.

When i confront the customer support officer about being a scam and taking the matter to Forex Peace Army Traders Court, i am assured FM-FX is NOT a scam i WILL receive my requested withdrawal.

The weeks keep ticking by with FM-FX still holding my funds and i really worried now I've lost my invested money.

After the company received my emails i was contacted via email that my funds would be transferred within 5days.
