Resolved - FX-private.com fake withdrawal, no money received!

I´ve deposited 15 Euro with them via Skrill (luckily just this) and have done a few trades. But trading conditions are really ugly, super slow execution + slippage. So I decided to withdraw my money via their backoffice. The withdrawal request says it´s "Complete", but I´ve not received a single penny in my Skrill account from them. I´ve tried to contact them for 3 days now, telling them I didn´t receive any money from them and asked them for a receipt from their Skrill account that they´ve sent the money but they don´t reply to emails, don´t reply on Skype, don´t reply in their live chat and not on their phone numbers. I´ve also left a call-back request, again, no answer. So the money seems lost!

I´ve pointed them to this thread, let´s see if it makes any difference. In any case, even though it was just 15 Euro, I do not want that they get away with this, because I am sure it wouldn´t be different if I had deposited more.
 
After posting this SCAM alert they replied (FPA is really good for this as brokers take the FPA serious) and told me they´ve sent the money, but they´ve used the wrong email address although the address was correct in their back office. So they´ve resend the money now and I´ve received it. It´s really beyond me why we always have to call the FPA until brokers do finally respond. I mean I have tried to contact FX Private for 2 days in all possible ways without any reply from them. But after posting at FPA they responded in 5 minutes. Stupid behavior!
 
Geektrader, why did you - like a very experienced trader - choose such an unreputable broker again?
I think you would have known the problems before … !? :confused:
 
He said the money arrived. Looks like a backoffice screwup to me. Too bad it took a thread in Scam Alerts to get the attention of Fx Private.

Your request has been executed 06/19/2014, unfortunately specialists back - office of the Company was a mistake in the email.
19/06/2014 you then sent a letter that you have not received the money.
The Company applied to support skrill.
You, in turn, is not waiting for an answer from the Company wrote this post.
After detection of inaccuracies in the email, the money you have been re-sent 06/20/2014. Thus withdrawal from your account took two working days.
