Thank you for posting the reply from our finance department from May 15, 2017. It actually explains a lot. Your withdrawal request from May 4, 2017 (not from month and a half ago!) was declined due to the insufficiency of funds on your account.

Please note in case a withdrawal request is declined by our finance department a client receives an email with clear argumentation for such decision like in the screenshot above. Some of your previous requests were declined for a reason as well.

Your latest withdrawal request was submitted on May 15, 2017 19:47 GMT+3. Please wait, it will be processed within 3 business days but not later than on May 18, 2017 22:00 GMT+3.

was credit from account trading...but wire transfer..so waiting to received a bank account...
