Hotforex holding 850 usd - please can u tell me more about it

i lost some trades because of metatrader and webtrader & server issue
i got paid for 1 trade only till now and 2 more trades payment is remaining

they only paid me after so many months after posting in forums and they are not paying remaining
suggestion what to do to get money back for the remaining amount please.
