I just want to get my money. I don't want to bankrupt FPMarkets, but my lawyer says that we can apply a complaint to the US government as FPMarkets uses the infrastructure of the USA for providing borer's service.

FPMarkets doesn't register in the USA as a broker's company, so FPMarkets will need to pay fines.

I've checked the IP address of the data centers of the MT4 trading terminal which I used for trading.

And IP's addresses are:

FPMarkets replied:

Once again.

1) I made a profit of 44 466 USD on FPMarkets

2) they stole from my trading account my latest deposits and profits exactly 26 357 USD

3) FPMarkets accused me of nothing exactly.

4) I've never gotten any professional explanation from the FPMarkets Team about the reasons for the cutting.

So, now we know that FPMarkets does the same on the trading accounts of other traders.

This replay confirms that the FPMarkets can't process a withdrawal of the deposits and profits.
