Resolved: hybridreserve broker do not allow me to use third party system software

i have open an account to an automated robot trader cfd (thecallowaysoftware)
i had to open an account to a broker link to this one its hybridreserve
i made a transfer of 250$ to hybridreserve
i want to to trade exclusively with thecallowaysoftware but my balance is still 0 in the thecallowaysoftware since one week (check the picture)
i had to sign a paper to allow third party system software tu use thecallowaysoftware (check the pdf)
my manager is a lady and is extremely aggressive to manage my money.
my purpose was and is only to trade with the third party system software and i do not want to get my money manage by hybridreserve.
i want to be able to trade on thecallowaysoftware ONLY!!

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

2nd - Invite him via Skype or any communications address you have.

If they did not come and reply here then message me I`ll suggest you more steps to get your money back.
Note: Share your account number too (Just account number) so you can have a solution soon.

the third party software will be active after that.
they do not want to participate to this discussion
its horrible because my broker contact Stephanie Fleury is trying all the time to manipulate me to manage my money.
i just want to use the third party system software "thecallowaysoftware"

we had an hard discussion
it s a misunderstanding.
she ask to delete my trading court case about hybridreserve and iam agree with that.
delete her name please "Stephanie Fleury"
my account has been activate
they have contact the third party software to activate it.
so everything is ok
