I also faced a problem with XM. I too from India Deposited 5000 INR on 5-11-2020 but not added to my account.They told the transaction is failed and they will refund but till now no refund. I have send all proofs.
But again and again they ask for proofs without refunding money.

I read a lot about people from India having problems with XM global lately. I guess such people should just not consider to use it then. The minimum deposit is usually 100$/€ whatever, and the minimum withdrawal is 200$/€. You can't send them less than 100$ and expect some miracles. Most probably there might also be a problem with the Indian NetBanking accounts. Who knows.
