Hello All !
i'm warning people from dealing with this broker ( icmarkets.com)
i've ordered a wire transfer to my account on 28-2-2019 and till now i didn't receive my money and i chatted with them many times to solve this issue and they only tell me it's take up to 10 business days !!! and now over 18 days and i didn't receive my money ,
be aware of dealing with them

First of all, invite the company by using the invite company option to your thread. And if you are unable to locate the option then this thread "Tutorial: How to Invite a company to your thread." will help you to find out.

Till then follow the below-suggested options to draw their attention on your issue

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

1) can you confirm if you have done any prior withdrawals with IC markets successfully? What method was the withdraw? (wire, credit card refund, neteller, etc)

2) How much were the withdrawal(s) for?

3a) Did they give you a swift wire confirmation receipt? It should include things like the beneficiary account name and account number, Value Date (when it should be credited to your receiving account), etc. I'm surprised they didn't send this to you (or anyone who is having a problem with their wire).

3b) Sometimes you have to explicitly ask for this wire confirmation. So the next email is to ask for the SWIFT confirmation receipt for that withdraw request.

Check it to ensure the account #s, swift code, etc match correctly with your bank.

4) what country is your bank located? The name of the bank if possible?

@FOREX EAGLE, can you give us an update to your situation? In previous posts, there were also several questions you did not yet respond to.

And you can also invite IC Markets to come discuss it. Here is a tutorial that shows how to invite the company to your scam alert thread to help resolve the problem.

Hmmm. It's great that you got your funds finally. Can you please provide a lot more details? For example:

1) Was it the withdrawal instructions that you originally gave to IC markets that was in error, or bank error? What specifically was wrong at the bank?

2) Did IC Markets send you the wire confirmation report?

3) When did you finally receive the money (cleared, posted to your bank account)? Do you have a screenshot?

4) was this the first withdrawal request from IC Markets (or even a different broker) using the same withdrawal method and bank account? Did you have any issues with these previous withdrawals?
