Resolved: ICMARKETS neteller withdrawal stop working

Hello everyone, very good night.
My name is Debora, I'm new here.

I'm having trouble withdraw funds from broker ICMarket to my neteller account.
Importantly, the deposits at the brokerage were made via neteller and worked without problems.
I had also done withdrawals before, but the last one I tried to perform had problems.
ICMarkets says it was rejected by neteller.
Neteller says it has received nothing and there is no block, problem or rejection of my receipt from ICMarkets.

PS: The neteller account is working normally, because I received and made transfers, and use the card without any problems.

In short, I can no longer withdraw via neteller, because it is not working.
ICMarket does not solve and I have been with this problem for almost 1 week and without solution.

ICMarket suggested to make a bank transfer, but I am settling in Italy in recent days, I don't have a bank account yet and I just need the money to solve some things like rent, contracts and so on.

Could someone help me with any suggestions on how to resolve, any more direct contact on ICMarket so I can look into my case more closely and resolve or any possible alternative?
Is it possible to bookmark/register/add to ICMarket in this thread/topic/case?

I thank you all for your attention and contribution because I really need to solve, needing the money and in a situation of need and the verge of despair, because previously the withdraw worked normally and simply stopped overnight.

What date was this? Where are you moving from?

I did a Neteller withdrawal from IC last thursday(26 Sept) without issue and I made 2 deposits yesterday.

In my experience, (and as useful as they are), Neteller can be a ballache sometimes. By way of example, if you log into your Neteller account from a country where your Neteller account is not based, they will start to decline transactions. I never log into my Neteller account whilst I am out of my resident country.....or if I do, I use a VPN to change my IP to one in my resident country. Your comment about settling in Italy suggests that perhaps this is something that you did.........

The fact that your Neteller account appears to be working normally does not mean they will not decline certain transactions. As indicated in my previous paragraph, Neteller are extremely geographic sensitive, so it is entirely possible that your card from one country will work just fine but that does not mean they will be happy to proceed with a transaction from a third country(such as Australia).

Hope this gives you some peace of mind.....neither IC nor Neteller are going to run off with your funds. This is purely a technical issue and you need to communicate with all the parties to get to the bottom of it.

I suggest trying the withdrawal again from the country where your Neteller account is based.

First I want to thank you for your answer.
I am attaching the photo of the withdrawal requests, but they have all returned to my ICMarket account.

This may be the problem with Neteller, as my husband and I (who are in Brazil) access this neteller account.
Regarding this VPN issue, how do I get it to access using this? Is there an article you can share for me to learn?

Anyway thank you for your help and if you know if I can bookmark ICMarket here in this thread and you can help me thank you (see a comment on this in another thread).

Hi Deborah,

Here is a VPN you can try. They have 2 servers in Brazil.

Alternatively, if you have a family member or someone in Brazil, get them to log into your Neteller account from a computer in Brazil. Once Neteller have logged the login from your resident country that should make Neteller happy. You can then try a fresh withdrawal.

We can't be sure this is the issue but here is the text of the response I got from Neteller when I had my problem :-

Thank you for contacting NETELLER.

Regarding your transactions on 12 February 2019 for 228.15 euro and on 13 December 2018 for 47.41 euro, please be advised that they have been declined for logging in from a country different than your country of residence. And due to a compliance issue, the payments got declined.

Please log in using your real IP address and try again.

Hi FXMaster.
I have already made 3 unsuccessful withdrawal attempts and returned to my brokerage account (attached image - 3x $ 60.00).
Today I made one more ($ 70) and I'm waiting now.
I am persisting to see if they correct the problem, besides the open calls with support, but without any effective answer.

Share the reply from Neteller to them and try to talk with live support to get the instant answer.
 
Hello guys!
Finally solved.
The problem was that IC Market had not yet updated my address and neteller already.
For this reason the withdrawals were returning.
The last attempt I made was successful.
