Hi,

I made a $2005 withdrawal request in my neteller account. My IQ Option account is verified I sent all requested documents. After 24 hours my money don't arrived in my neteller account. I contacted the support and they said that I need to send documents to verify my account again so I send all requested documents again through email. I asked them how long it takes to verify my documents and they response this process can take up to 30 days which I think is inadmissible. I'll keep contacting them daily. If they don't cooperate I will initiate the following procedures:

- I will draft letters to CYSEC and the Cyprus Financial Obudsman
- I will draft a letter to their key sponsor, Aston Martin

I will update this thread as soon as any change in the situation occurs.
 
Short update. My IQ Option account has been just downgraded from verified to unverified. They asked me to submit new photos of my cards again. Also needed to provide my ID card again. Submit them all. Waiting to see what happens.
 
My account is now verified again. Also contacted their support again. They told me that my withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours.
 
The problem is not resolved until my money arrive in my account. They said my withdrawal should be processed until tomorrow. Let's see. I read your thread, hope to solve your issue too. I'm from Romania also.
 
Received an email saying that my ID document is expired. That is not true, my ID expiry date is on 01.01.2027
I submitted my ID again.

I think IQ Option jokes with me. Now my account is downgraded to unverified again. They requested to submit a proof of address again. I submitted a new bank statement, let's see what happens.
 
Update: My account is verified again now and my withdrawal is in progress state now. They told me that my funds will be send to my neteller account on Monday.
 
Latest news. I received an email saying that "a total amount of 0 is now charged off your IQ Option account". In my neteller account don't arrived any funds. I contacted support and they told me that is an error in their email and they sent $2005 to my neteller account. The money never arrived in my neteller account. They told me that they will solve this issue within 3 working days now. I don't know what to think.

If you deposited Money via credit card then talk with CC department as soon as possible.
