RESOLVED - Liteforex Withhold my Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal through bank transfer which was even below the Initial Deposited amount since 22nd August 2011 & till date I have not receive my money.

I have made several complains & request about what is holding my money but they kept telling me the money will enter my account tomorrow.

I have been trading with other brokers like fxopen, tadawuf, IB & others & I have never have problem in withdrawing my money.

Pls I need your help to assist me resolve this issue.

Hello,
Your money has been transferred to your bank on September 14, 2011. Find the statement attached. We can also request a swift-copy from the bank.

My Bank GT Bank have countless customers using their bank to Transfer/Withdraw form their fx accounts & they said they have not received my money.

If you are sure about it then give me document that I can take to my Bank for confirmation.

Even though u are delaying my withdrawal I still have the fillings of Trading with u guys but will never fund my account via bank wire again.
NB: While processing my withdrawal help confirm this email. Is this email from litefoex about funding/withdrawal locally?

Not acceptable!

Even if the withdrawn money had arrived in Chris's bank account on Sept 14, I don't think 23 days to complete the transaction is acceptable business prcatice!

This one could be an issue on the bank's part. I think we should let both sides exchange documents and see what they can find out.

I just printed the document & will be heading straight to Bank cus I cannot really decode the document .... as the intermediate bank info is not on the doc.

NOTE: The form I filled contained the intermediate bank as:
Bank: CITIBANK, NEW YORK
SWIFT CODE: CITIUS33
ABA NO: 021000089

So note that while I am on my way to bank.

Get back to you ASAP
