Thank you admin for your support but I will like to notify you that the issue has been resolved so you can go ahead and close the case. However, one piece of advice I have for the company is to always take customer requests and complaints very seriously so that issues such as this can be avoided.

I cant tell since its more of a local broker, but if needed yes do start some legal action against them to get your money back, if it helps kindly:
