RESOLVED | Newtradefx ignoring my withdrawal request and my add'l fund not reflecting in my account.

I joined newtradefx on early December after one lady named Alison Lloyd offered me a manage trade account. She also offered me to get back my money from Prime FMS which already cheated me for roughly USD20000. So, I started with USD10500 on 15/12/2015 and she asking to add more for a reason that in order to put me in the group where they will claim from Prime FMS within the month of March, I must have at least USD20000 in my trading account before end of February. So, I added some more USD7500 on 12/1/2015 and on 16/2/2015 I had added USD6000. My account being manage by them very well while they also working for me to get back my money from Prime FMS. My account grew from USD24000 to roughly USD34000 at the end of March 2015. It was surprising me on 24/3/2015 I received USD9695.42 in my bank account and on 2/4/2015 I received USD7147.43. It really a relief after getting back my money even though I'm not getting the whole amount that I kept in Prime FMS. Then, the problem came after I decided to upgrade my account to Rubby where I must have at least USD50000 in the trading account. So, when I received the first claim, I immediately transferred USD13200 to newtradefx but it not being transferred to my trading account until now. I did sent many e-mail to my manager Alison Lloyd, requesting to resolve it but she only making a promise. They also not manage my account properly. It not like before, everyday it will be a successful trade. Now, I trade it my self because some time they will just left the account without making any trade and some time they just left it without setting a stop loss for many days. On July 2015, I made a withdrawal request but it not being processed. I had a conversation through the chatting support in the web page but still it only a promise, I had sent many e-mail to Alison Lloyd but nothing works. Now, I couldn't withdraw the money from my trading account and the additional fund money that I transfer to newtradefx also still not in my trading account. I didn't received call from Alison Lloyd any more or any newtradefx representative. But, I still can make trading as I like in the trading platform. Please help me, I don't know what to do now.

How did Alison know your number and that you lost money with Prime FMS?

That question I still don't know until now and I didn't question her also. I frequently got call from a broker that I'm not even knowing them. Before Alison there was a man(I forgot his name) which is also from newtradefx called me, he said that I joined a company that is unregulated and he warned me not to invest to a such company. then he offer to join his company. Because I don't know what he mean, so I didn't bother him. After few days, Alison called me and at that moment, I was in the middle of having trouble with Ray dalio, primefms manager. This guy keep asking me to add my fund and asking me to make personal loan and add the fund. When I ask to withdraw he gave so many reason. At that moment, Alison called she said, she can help me to get back my money. She know many people being cheated by Prime fms. I didn't ask also how she know, in my mind may be this is their carrier so she might know many people and many company that doing this business.

I was also approached by Alison Lloyd from NewtradeFx, 6 months ago. I also opened a managed account with $5K with NewTradeFX.
She disappeared after 3 months and now I am not able to withdraw my funds. I am not able to communicate with NTFX. The Phone, The Chat or email donot work. Please lets us our information and try to recover our funds from NewTradeFx. Ali Amarsi

The Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus is for Cysec regulated brokers.

Since they claim UK, you can try the UK Financial Ombudsman (UK FOS). If they claim to be in Cyprus anywhere, then complain to Cyprus too.
Josh Armstrong contacted me and transferred the money to my account. He asking me to remove/edit the review. How I can change the thread/review?
