my account was have about more than 3500$

Today placed a market order aud/usd with lot size 0.5 at European session
i found trade open and closed itself with -51,462 LOSS !! Instant !!!

now my account -47,000 $ loss !

It is an obvious error from the broker, my friend. They sell your order at price 0.00 and buy at 1.02925 for 0.5 lot

Which means you lose 10, 292.5 pips x 5 mini lots= $ 51,462.50

You must get a refund for this. But I don't think I would trust this broker after this, something is wrong with their system.

Yes it seems an error and waiting they answer.... Am trading 7 years never seen this happens even.

Looks like AsstMod jumped in and set the thread to "resolved" status.

I'm glad to see Octa fixed this. I know some brokers allow accounts to go negative, but that was a bit excessive.
