I requested to withdraw 10k…… and then the problems with delays and stuffs happened. 6 days now I’m still waiting

I have an account with Octafx 63091057, I made a withdrawal of $10,000 W15586353 to my litecoin wallet on June 27, today is June 29 and still pending. I have been trying to contact Octafx customer service via live support but they never explain what is the problem or why is there a delay, I was told by several agents that my withdrawal is process and funds are on the way but from my account it is still shown as pending. They also said that they will email me with updates as soon as possible but so far nothing. From the looks of it many people that posted here have the same problem with Octafx recently and previously. It is almost the end of the month and I got bills and rent to pay so I’m also frustrated.

Can someone help me?

All Traders!!!!! Run as far away from Octa Fx as is possible; and those traders who are trading with them right now , GET OUT.
I had horrible experiences with them which I proved here on this Forum.
They also trade in South Africa as Octa FX, but they are registered under another name.

nope, no specific reasons, they question my method of deposit and ask me for my credit card details about a deposit made March 27, 2024. I already uploaded my credit card info and they investigating again.,... I dont know what that has to do with my withdrawals. I have deposited several more times with the same credit card in the past months but they supspecting my depost on March 27 only

Did you ask for the withdrawal without trading and other than your deposit method?
