Hi alls friend,what youre doing?,i hope all will be cure and being get far away from covid 19 virus.
First of all i have a problem with this broker Olymptrade verification by two weeks ago..its sudden happen when i accidentally formating my phone and all the phone has gone.i have use the 2 fa code from google authentification and for sure it is a big problem for me to enter the account.
I start to call the customer service dan emailed them for the information.then i got a positive reaction about my account can be login again by verify again...as usual i give all my documents need to verify my document such as identification ,bankstatements,and my debitcard transaction.All of you know now about the vovid 19 virus,then the last 7th rejection ask me a verification have to has name account number and debitcard account number.so for this i have to go to the bank..after that i get back and scan it and send.it was successfull uploading...after 4 hours theres a rejection again and said my documents blur...Is it comment sense ,if this pdf document blur sir??? Not an image...then the customer service said upload again...and after i cancelled, i cant upload it again on the customer verification section and its show s an error..i have the proof i have a bad feeling when they ask me to upload again because pdf documents always clear then i have a record the conversation between me and the customer service with video recorder and my account pdf documents is clear enough to be truue.
Now i dont know why this company make this to me.I am promotes and be a loyal binary trader..now maybe time to stop.
I hope i can access my account again.
