Resolved - Pepperstone Stealing Profits Of Traders

I would like to open a case with Pepperstone for my withdrawal. On February 7th 2019 I put a request of bank withdrawal of all my profits I earned and its March 1st 2019 today its not processed. They sent me email to send my proof of residence and affidavit to sign because I asked them to send funds to my Canadian Bank Account. Since I am dual citizen of Canada and Pakistan and registered as Pakistani resident client they asked me this. No problem I send them both documents they required. Until 26th Feb 2019, its all quite from Pepperstone no correspondence regarding my withdrawal and I have chatted numerous times with support and also phone them but no one knows why is this getting so delayed and all they do is promise that it will be done today or tomorrow which was a big fat lie and they knew it too that they don't have a clue, on 26th Feb 2019 their account department send me an email asking for the pictures of credit cards I used for funding my account and again no problem I have send them that too on the same day. Now its 1st march 2019 just had a chat with support agent and again he doesn't have any idea of why it is getting delay I am attaching the chat in here as well. So my question to Pepperstone is that why they are not able to process it in 22 days and why they are not communicating with me regarding the delay. I am frustrated with their service and forced to believe that they are not honest people and trying their best to keep the funds with them as long as possible or i don't know whether I will ever get my hard earned money. I have no trust left on them. I would like FPA to help me get my funds. I would really appreciate their help in this regard. I would also like to invite Pepperstone representative to answer my questions and help me resolving this issue

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat

Thanks a lot for this help the funds which I deposited through credit cards are already withdrawn on those cards its just my profits which i am trying to get from them. I will follow the steps you advised above

Here are emails and chat which I saved from pepperstone. These emails are from chat support and other departments dealing with the case. Again I have no problem in doing all legal checks because I know I am not doing anything illegal my problem is the slowness of process and lack of communication from their finance department or compliance departments whoever is dealing with this case. Why I have to ask them everyday that when this will be processed. Why cant they give me a time line for this case to be processed . Why their chat support don't know anything about it.

Oh. I forgot to mention to write to their compliance dept. Just resummarize that your withdraw request from xx days ago has not been fulfilled. And that they must process this request without delay and send a bank confirmation with SWIFT/IBAN/etc details that it was sent.

If they do not do this soon, further complaints will be made to the regulators.

Then i would say if they still don't respond to your requests here or via email with a very specific reason (by this coming saturday), then complain to the AFCA:
